Our web-based Secure Support enables us to securely communicate with you over the Internet. We believe that the transmission of any data between you and us should be secure. You might be uploading information about your patients that might need to be secured so we don't take any chances by securing all communication. The images and text below describe how our Secure Support works.
You login at https://support.DDS.com. If you are a first time user, you will need to register so your email address can be validated. The arrows indicate the https and the secure lock that is visible. After you login, you can Submit a Ticket. Your choices will be to submit to our design team, our tech support team, or our billing team.
When you submit a new ticket, your are essentially submitting an email that will contain a tracking code. This tracking code enables our software to follow the thread and organize each individual ticket into its own folder. You can view the communications that have taken place on the subject by expanding or collapsing each individual message.
You can also view any prior ticket that you have sent. A complete history of each ticket is available at Secure Support including any attachments.
This is an email message that was received in a clients inbox. You can choose to reply from your inbox on our web-mail, from your email program, from your mobile phone, or directly on Secure Support.
