• Fees are listed on our Extras page. 
• A light bulb means the feature is not included but it is either an optional upgrade that is included with other services, or it can be added to the service for the dollar amount indicated.

• Blue underlined text is a link to more information. You can upgrade from one service to any other at any time.
• You simply pay the difference between what you paid and the fee for the upgraded service.
