Digitized Patient Registration Forms
As part of your initial registration fee, we digitize your current patient registration form so your patients can use their keyboard and mouse to complete the form, which can then be printed, and either mailed, faxed, or brought with them to their next appointment.  Here is a form we digitized for Dr. Wes Samford of Mountain Brook, Alabama.  We need the forms to be either electronically submitted in a Word document, or they need to be mailed to us.  We need unfolded forms, and forms with graphics and/or color forms may not be able to be converted into a fillable form but we can convert them to PDF format.

Interactive Map

We are one of the only dental website providers that provides an interactive map of your office location.  The map appears on your website so that patients are not sent to a different website to see your office location.  Take a look at the map for Dr. Joseph Gatti to see a map on a live site.

You have 24/7 access to your website statistics so you can see how useful the website is to your dental practice.

META Tags
"META tags" are important for your dental practice website to be visible to search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, MSN, AOL, etc. We will pre-populate these META tags for you, which are easily editble on a page by page basis, or you can simply have all META tags be the same for every page.  Editing the META tags is as simple as typing into the Web Wizard, or copying and pasting from a Word document.  META tags include customizating the page title, the description and the keywords for your dental website.

Access To Our Web Wizard
Our proprietary Web Wizard lets anyone, yes anyone, who can type and click, edit and control the content on their website.  Please see our Demo page to see some demos of adding text, adding images, etc, to see how easy it is to use.  We also encourage you to visit our online help file so you can see step-by-step how to accomplish anything you want to do with your website.  In case you did not already know, this website is created with the same Web Wizard that you have access to.  We don't just sell our service, we use it, too!

Email Services
We offer a premium email service that is secure, is protected with anti-virus software, and anti-spam software.  Each client is provided with two email address for free, and we provide 100 MB of space, which you can increase to 1 gigabyte of space for an extra $10 per month.  We host our own email server and we use the same email service as our clients, too!  Learn more about our secure email service.

Website Hosting
A website needs to be accessible from any computer in the world, which means the content for the website needs to be hosted.  We host our own websites on our own servers to insure that we have full control over our network.  Our own websites at www.DDS.com and www.DMD.com are on the same servers as our clients, too!

We are here to help.  We do not place any limit on the support you need but we prefer to receive any communication regarding changing your website in writing so that we are clear on what you need.
