Important – the name of the live page will be www.DDS.com/Dr-<doctor last name>.  If you name the page dr bob smith, the page name will be www.DDS.com/Dr-Bob-Smith.  The code will automatically add a "dash" if you add a space.  If the Web Wizard states the page name is already taken, you need to change the name.  You can try an underscore since www.DDS.com/Dr-Smith and www.DDS.com/Dr_Smith  are different names as far as the code is concerned, or you can add a first name or initial. 

Step 1
Log into the Web Wizard at https://wizard.DDS.com, and click the green plus sign next to Sales.  The image to the right shows as red because it is expanded but it will appear as green when you log in.

    
Step 2
Click on the green plus sign next to your name.

Click on the green link that says, "(Your name) Click Here."

   
Step 4
Click Copy.

Step 5
Enter Dr and the client's last name.  You can only use letters; do not use any periods or apostrophes.

Step 6
Select your first name in the drop down list. .

Step 7
Click Save. In the example below, the name of the live page would be www.DDS.com/Dr-Joyal.  Remember that the code adds a dash when a space is present.
        

Step 9
You need to slowly click twice in the page title area.  Type the first and last name of the client.  This area has special formatting so that all page titles appear the same.

   
Step 10
Type the last name after Dr.  (Optional) You can edit the text on the first line if you have not spoken with the client that day.

     
Step 11
Click Save.

Step 12 (optional)
You can click Preview if you want to see your work.

    
Step 13
Click Logout.
