This is a test.  It is only a test.  You will be notified what to do in case of an emergency.

Welcome to the first ever DDS.com sales training session.  My name is Rich Hirschinger, DDS, MBA, and I created this page using the DDS.com Web Wizard.  The Web Wizard lets anyone, yes anyone, who can type and click create, edit, and publish a website.  The website service provided by DDS.com provides over 210 pages of content, which is three times more than any dental website provider.  DDS.com clients can add unlimited pages, and we do not place a limit on the data space we provide for their website. The DDS.com service provides secure email, full website statistics, a step by step User Guide, and an online ticket support system.  Any page can be hidden, any page can be secured, and any page can be password protected.

You are going how to learn what to look at when you are reviewing dental websites and you will learn why DDS.com is the best overall service for a dental practice.  Before we start the class, there will be a test.  You do not have to take the test but if you decide to take the test and you get all the answers correct, you will earn $50 cash, tax-free
Test Rules:

1. Class starts promptly at 2:30 p.m. Monday, October 20, 2008.  No tardy excuses are allowed except for Tara.
2. Please come to class with your answers written on a piece of paper.  Please do not write on your hands because if you get sweaty you will lose the answers.
2. No waggering.
4. No pencil drops.
5. You may communicate with each other prior to the test but if you do you will not learn as much.  The more you learn on your own, the more you retain.  The more you retain, the easier it will be to sell the service.
6. Don't overthink your answers!
7. The links on this page are for you to learn more about that question but most of the answers to the test questions are found on this page.
BEGIN TEST

1. What is the text that appears in the blue title bar on this page?  The blue title bar appears at the top of a browser window and it is very helpful for search engine optimization.  The blue title bar text is customizable on a page by page basis using the DDS.com Web Wizard.  Please see Website Knowledge #1 to learn about the blue title bar but the answer to this question is found on the page you are currently viewing.
2. What is the text that appears in the page title on this page?  The page title text and the background is fully customizable and it appears on this page with a blue sky and cloud graphic.  Please see Web Page Elements #2 to learn where to find the page title.
3. What is the name of this page?  The name of a page, which begins after the forward slash (/), is found in the Address Bar.  Please see Website Knowledge #2 to learn about page names.
4. Is this page a hidden page?  A hidden page is an actual webpage that is on the Internet but it is not part of the navigation.  In other words, you can only view a hidden page if you are sent a link to click on, or if you know the name of the page and type it into the address bar.  If you place your mouse over the main navigation graphics and you do not see the name of this page, then it is a hidden page.  Please see Website Knowledge #4 to learn about the main navigation.
5. What is the META tag description for this page?  Please see www.DDS.com/META_tags to learn how to view the description for a web page.  Once you open View - Source, you can do a search for the word, "decsription" using Edit - Find or using control - F for you PC users or Command - F for you Mac users.  The DDS.com Web Wizard is also Mac compatible.
6. What are the META tag keywords for this page?  Please see www.DDS.com/META_tags to learn how to view the keywords for a web page. Once you open View - Source, you can do a search for the word, "keywords" using Edit - Find or using control - F for you PC users or Command - F for you Mac users.  The DDS.com Web Wizard is also Mac compatible.

8. What is the last sentence that is part of the footer text for this page?  The footer is an area that appears at the bottom of every page of a website.  It can contain images and/or text.  Adding footer text helps with search engine visibility since the search engines see the footer text that appears on every page.  Please see Website Knowledge #4 to learn about what a footer is.
9. What does CSS stand for?  CSS is a part of every website that is created with the DDS.com Web Wizard.  It enables the graphic designers to control the settings of a website such as the font for the page title, the background of the page title, and the font for all pages on the website in one central place.  Please see Web Page Elements #7 to find the answer.
10. How many different fonts do clients have to choose from for their website?  Please see www.Fonts.DDS.com.

11. What color are the hyperlinks on this page?  Hyperlinks, or "links," appear as underlined text on a web page and when clicked they lead you to other pages, websites, files, etc.  The color of the hyperlink can be changed by the designers using the CSS.  Images can also be hyperlinked using the DDS.com Web Wizard.
