Case 4

This is a client of Jackie's, www.smileneeds.com, who is using a service from www.TheOnlinePractice.com. Here are my observations.

1. He is paying $39 a month with no start up fee. The site is heavy on text with no graphics. Compare these (I used a black and white site we created for the comparison):

3. Their patient registration is not what I would refer to as a complete registration, https://www.theonlinepractice.com/pro/websites/patient_registration_form.cfm?accountID=996864881 and it is not even on the doctor's own website.

I would be surprised if he switched due to the cost but that is my quick review.
