The main differences between Officite and DDS.com are found at www.dds.com/DDScom_Officite_Comparison.

1. This is a site created by Officite. The design is nice but the functionality is missing. The meta tags are too sparse. If you have this feature available as a website provider, why not take full advantage of it. The image to the right, which was captured from SEO Chat,

Area 1 shows the text on the Home page. The doctors name is not found on the home page. This is not good since it cannot be seen by search engines.
Area 2 is the page title. You can have approximately 12 words so why not add more?
Area 3 can have approximately 20 words. They have used only about half of that.
Area 4 can have approximately 40 words. They have used two.

2. The Smile Gallery is "coming soon." DDS.com can start a client off with almost 90 cases, and they can add their own by simply typing and clicking.

3. Patient education is all text. We know that people learn from images!

4. New patient forms are "coming soon."

5. CEREC is "coming soon." We have CEREC content ready for our clients.

6. We secure our appointment request forms as you can see at this link (notice the https in the link). They do not as you can see at http://www.lakefrontdentalcare.com/appointment.html.

7. We have a dedicated Financial Policies page. They have a few sentences.

8. We work closely with CareCredit to create a custom link for each client. This is a great feature that enables patients to click the CareCredit Apply Now graphic on the dentist's website. They are then directed to the CareCredit website and they do not have to fill in the doctor's information since the form on CareCredit's website knows which office the patient came from. The image below shows the unique code that we embed into the graphic.
