Back in 2002, I was at the ADA convention in New Orleans. One thing on my wish list that year was a website that I could have designed for me to fit the personality of my practice. One of the first booths I came across was DDS.com's. I met and talked with Rich for over an hour and was impressed by what I saw. I signed up on the spot, at which time I found out that I was his first customer! I've seen DDS.com change from a rather simple webpage design and hosting company that provided a 10 page website into the very impressive and user friendly business tool that provides over 200 pages of content that can be edited by me and my team.
 
Being his first client, I've been through some minor technical issues over the years with DDS.com. But whenever there was a problem, Rich was on it right away. He personally handled many of the issues in the early days and he is still very hands on. He and his team still answer my email requests or questions more quickly than I get from any other company. As a fellow dentist, Rich "gets it" from a dental perspective since he knows what we do when we are in our office. The thing that impresses me the most about Rich and DDS.com is that they are never static. Rich and his team are always adding functionality and ease of use features to make the service better.
 
My favorite aspect of DDS.com is the Web Wizard functionality. It makes it ridiculously easy to edit the pages even for someone with no HTML knowledge. However, the Web Wizard wasn't initially functional on a Mac so I requested this, and they delivered. The latest improvement that I see his team working on is Search Engine Optimization for our sites. I also think it is extraordinary that the DDS.com website is created with the Web Wizard so he is not just selling his service, he uses it, too!
 
I'm always anxious to see what's coming up next. Keep up the good work Rich!
